Interlocking Stone Installation: At Elite Property Improvements, we are extremely proud of our ability to take our customer’s vision and bring it to fruition. Interlocking Stone Lift & Re-lay: If your old interlocking stone is still in good shape but the grade is not right, weeds are growing between the interlocking stone and all the interlocking stone is very dirty, we can make the area, in need, look brand new. The process is as follows: (1) – High PSI power wash the full area to clean the surface of the interlocking stone. (2) – Remove all old interlocking stone and mirror the pattern. (3) – Scrape the sides of the interlocking stone if needed. (4) – Add limestone screening on top of the old base, regrade full area then tamper the full area to maximize compression. (5) – Install the original interlocking stone back into the area in the same pattern as before. (6) – Re-polymeric sand the full area. (7) – Mist full area with water to activate the polymeric.

There are not many companies out there that undertake this type of work. We take the time to prepare the site properly to assure the final outcome will be perfect. All our lift and re-lays come with a 3 year warranty.

Interlocking Stone – Lift & Level: Lift and Level is a terminology we use when repairing retaining walls and caps. Stairs that are done with interlocking stone is almost always done using retaining wall and cap system. This would be used primarily at the front main entrance or at the back main exit. We are one of the only companies that do this type of work on a consistent basis. The only way to properly repair steps or retaining walls is to remove the retaining wall and cap down to the base. Scrape the glue off the cap and retaining wall in preparation to be reglued. Re-level the base and tamper it to maximize compression. Then reinstall the retaining wall then reglue the caps to the retaining wall. There are no shortcuts when it comes to doing this procedure. There’s only one way to do it and that’s the right way and we have mastered this technique to perfection.

Parging: It’s the protective coating applied to the visible above-grade portion of your home’s concrete foundation walls or concrete-block walls. It protects the foundation from the elements because the concrete can not protect itself. We use bonding aid in all of our batches when parging, and have also master the applications process in which gives you the homeowner the best protection and also the best looking parging. We would like to thing we’re the best, but we know for sure that there is no one better. We give 3 years warranty with all our parging worked done, and that is in writing. There is so many thing that has gone into mastering the science of parging. The evolution for us over the years of learning and constantly wanting to be better has made our parging superior.
